We, at SipCo Systems, always strive to bring the new features which add value to the businesses of our customers. Accordingly, we have recently added some more features which strengthen the SipCo CRM further for better collaboration with the stakeholders of our customers.
The summary of the features is as follows:
I. Target Rate and Offering Rate E-Mail Campaigns
Target Rate E-Mail Campaigns can be used to send Target Rates with Volumes, ASR and ACD to Vendors and Prospects. The HTML formatted campaign emails are sent out only after getting approval from the concerned Manager. The Manager has the LCR information of a particular route at the campaign to give his approval. Further, different Target Rate Campaigns can be sent to different groups of vendors. For example, an African Company may send Target Rate Campaign to a Group of Vendors for the routes relating to Asian Countries.
Similarly, Offering Rate Campaigns can be sent to the Customers and Prospects.

II. Web To Contact Form
Upon filling of your Contact Us Form in your website, the details will be saved to the CRM and the required action like adding it as Lead, Support Ticket, Disputes Ticket and send out e-mail to the person who filled up the form or a custom activity by automatically running a workflows will be performed.
E-Mails (Leads) received from “Contact Us form of your website” may be missed out of tracking because of Massive Incoming E-Mails from different sources. However, when you use “Web to Contact Form”, all the leads are saved to the CRM and processed based on predefined rules and leads-tracking becomes very easy.
III. Service Activation Form or Tech Form
A Service Activation Form/ Tech Form will be automatically sent to your Customer/ Vendor for filling up their technical details like their Softswitch Name with Verson, Softswitch IPs to be allowed, Codec, Protocal and DTMF supported, etc and also business contact details. Upon filling and submitting of the form, the data will be saved to the CRM and a copy of the details will be sent to the person who filled up the form.
IV. Customer Target Rates Form and Vendor Offering Rates Form
Now, SipCo CRM has a Target Rates Form which allow your Customers and Prospect to submit their Target Rates along with Volume, ASR & ACD they expect from your Company. Whenever a target rate matches with your selling rate, an alert will be sent to your team about the opportunity.
All the Target Rates for different routes from the your customers and prospects will be pooled in the CRM. Your can filter a route and sort the rates for a better picture. It enables you to know the target rates of your customers and you can give your target rates to your vendors and bargain for the better rates based on the target rates from your customers without much efforts. It enables you to serve your customers better.
Similarly, it has Offering Rates Form where your vendors and prospects can offer you the rates via a Web Form. Whenever a offering rate from a vendor matches with your buying rate, an alert will be sent to your team about the opportunity.
